How it works

Step 1

Sign in to Ticketmaster — click Sign In/Register in the top right

Step 2

Open the event page link and confirm the time for the release.

Every event has a 15 minute timer.
We will text you the event to confirm you are participating in the correct event.

Step 3

Once the event goes live, join the queue.
DO NOT JOIN LATE.

Tickets are now on sale — join the queue to shop for tickets

Step 4

You will enter a waiting room for about 10–15 minutes.
DO NOT REFRESH. It will look like this:

Step 5

When the queue is over, you will get a number with your spot in line. This number is what you must text us.

Note: The number in line will go down the more people log off but we only need the first number you see.
Do NOT SEND each number as the line goes down.

Once you text us the queue number you receive, you are done and can close out of Ticketmaster.com.
